Bootcamps

Our Group Learning Programs are designed in a bootcamp-style format, offering a dynamic and immersive learning experience for participants. These programs are specifically structured to focus on critical leadership skills and concepts, delivered in an experiential setting that promotes active engagement and application of knowledge.

The bootcamp modules are conducted as master classes, with each session lasting between 1.5 to 2 hours.

The sessions are held weekly over a period of 4 to 8 weeks, providing ample time for participants to absorb and integrate the learning into their professional lives.

The sessions are conducted both in-person and online, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for participants from various locations.

As part of the bootcamp experience, we incorporate a range of learning resources and activities to enhance the learning process. Participants are provided with assessments to gauge their understanding and progress throughout the program. Additional reading materials are recommended to deepen knowledge and provide further insights into the subject matter. Assignments are given to encourage participants to apply their learning in real-world scenarios, fostering practical application of the concepts covered.
